It may seem that quitting smoking is a great undertaking like sailing the world alone but the truth is that we are the only thing that force ourselves to keep doing that!

Often we don not consider the damage we are creating or we simply do not want to recognize it.

But there are various modes to quit smoking and you just need to choose the right one for you.

Maybe a simple planing will help you overcome this nasty habit.

Here are some tips that may help you quit smoking effortlessly and become a non-smoker once and for all:

1.Consider all the reasons to quit

It is only “a good thing” for you and your body to quit smoking, so don't believe all the excuses you have invented to justify your addiction, you know that they are all fake! (something like...I need the cigarette to relax myself, or it helps me to concentrate...sound familiar? I smoked 20 years!)

By quitting a cigarette you permit your body to start to regenerate and repair all the damage made by smoke.

Your skin will become more radiant and loose that gray color, you will stop premature aging and other skin problems.

You will sleep better and more profoundly giving your body a time to rest.

You will snore less and probably avoid having a serious sleeping disorder like sleep apnea.

You will no longer spend a lot of money smoking and so far you could invest it in more amusing things such as traveling or buying a new car.

You will make your family happy by becoming a non-smoker and avoiding the really serious illnesses that smoking can generate.

2.Make a diary of your smoking day

Write down when you smoke and why did you light up that cigarette in particular.

What is the starting idea/reason that makes you smoke and doing so you'll see why and in what situation you are brought to smoke.

(You will also discover, or better admit, how many cigarettes you are going to smoke every single day with no reason at all...)

3.Talk to a specialist before you start your quitting process

Talking with a specialist can help you determine what is the best way for you to quit smoking.

It is vital that you choose the right approach and do not stress yourself additionally in the process.

Maybe you are the person that could quit with Hypnosis or maybe the Cold Turkey method is the right way for you.

Plan your quitting smoking timeline in the detail so you can follow it easily.

If you ever feel like falling back ask for a support from a family member or your specialist but be careful not to make yourself feel like you are under a sort of pressure, neither as this support is a “must” to your chance of success (remember you are the only one that could achieve the result).

Be calm, relax yourself if necessary with a few simple breathing exercises.

Also explain your family members what kind of support you need because often they try to do good, but at the end of the day, sometimes they are the ones creating an unnecessary pressure.

4. Give yourself a credit after a day, a week, a month

Do something you always wanted, go out, do what ever you want as a gift to yourself because it is a great thing that you haven't smoked for a day, for a week and you'll just feel great when you realize you did not smoke for a whole month.

I think you deserve a great gift!

5.You are FREE

Enjoy your freedom and your new way of life as a non-smoker!

I have to say, I have tried a lot of things before quitting smoking (for real) and I'm so happy to be able to pass my knowledge and experience to you.

But the most important thing that really happens when you quit smoking is the good feelings you have and the gratitude of your body.

It does not matter for how long you have smoked because the moment you quit your body immediately starts to regenerate, you whole body starts to live good again.

Do you know what happens to your body after just one day of non-smoking?

Your blood pressure decreases, your heart works better and your circulation improves.

And after a week?

You'll notice that you breathe better, what is expected, because you do not inhale the smoke any more and your senses of smell and taste will improve.

So, you can imagine what will happen in the long term all thanks to your will to quit smoking?

Your entire body will feel just great, you'll breathe normally, you will feel more energetic and what is more important you will decrease the possibility of grave illnesses like lung cancer, heart diseases, pulmonary diseases and many others.

Even if you already had some serious problems quitting smoking can only help you cure your body and improve your state in general.

Don't worry it is never to late to stop smoking and change your life for good.

I have known and met people in all stages of their lives and all kinds of problems, emotional and physical, but they all had, at the end, one thing in common – they all quit smoking!

You can also lead a happy life as a non-smoker forever!
